A couple weeks back, I completed Grab Property's website copy for owners Jackie and Aurie De Santis. Ever friendly, they invited me to their open house for 6 Rose St, Sandringham over the weekend. A few weeks ago the house was unvarnished and forested by plastic sheets. Now, it was a warm, modern and inviting space, a wonder for my eyes. I couldn't stop drinking the place in, like an over-awed kid. Jackie teased me a little bit - "You're not the type to be lost for words!" I must admit, I was. 6 Rose St is a truly phenomenal home, full of comfort, natural beauty and light. I didn't notice walking in, but copy I wrote for the house got mounted on posterboard. It was the first time I've seen anything I've written blown up to life-size. I couldn't help but feel a little pride.
