Meeting and Transcription Policy

ONLINE MEETINGS

The following policy applies to ISW hosted online meetings (on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Jitsi, et. al. and similar software) and automated transcription software (Rev, Otter.ai., Fathom, et. al. and similar.)

CONSENT AND AUTOMATED TRANSCRIPTION

By consenting to the ISW Meeting and Transcription policy, you agree to your voice, likeness, and other contributed information (text, images, links, etc.) being recorded for transcription and archival purposes.

A total of one (1) automated transcription service may enter an ISW hosted online meeting, provided by ISW. No other transcription software is permitted and will not be admitted to the call.

The full meeting transcription will be made available to all participants after the meeting is concluded. If any participant in a group meeting does not consent to being recorded, no automated transcription or recording software may be permitted.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

All meetings are commercial-in-confidence and governed by the overarching ISW Privacy Policy.

The distributed transcript is for the express use of participants only and is strictly not for distribution, unless mutually agreed upon otherwise.
